Back!
I am finally finished with my art & textiles Alevels, and there is no more I can do; believe me, I have fit in a lot of time these past few weeks. Waking up early(unheard of for me), and staying up all through the night.
So; I have spent this past week sleeping really. And that's about it.
Plus meeting friends/dancing the night away, as ya doo, etcc.

I realise I haven't blogged in what seems like forever, but I am so looking forward to catching up.

Anyhoo, this is my outfit from today, a trip to an English lesson, and a chat with some friends.
The other photos are a few snaps of some of my work in the past couple of projects. As you can see, my shoe obsession carried over into my art work, answering the question of 'Collections of Everyday Objects.'
There is more, and one piece I was completely proud of; I am a complete perfectionist when it comes to art work; but I couldn't take a photo of it as: I ran out of time, and it was my timed exam piece.
But the exhibition is soon, soo.

Anyway, more to come soon; and I have many a plan to steal away my time from now, so look out!
For now,
Happy days:)

Another endless list of photos.

It's almost over, I cannot wait.

Never Underestimate Simplicity.

Other-Weheartit.

Just a little quick post, and a simple outfit.
I actually really like the simplicity and neutral colours of it. Plus a touch of burgundy-ish, continuing the colour pops and that.

Anyway, today was my interview for art college, and I got in!
I have actual life plans for next year now, and looking around, I really liked it.
So, so happy, hence the random photo of daisys, flowers are happy? Or something..

Anyhoo, for now G'day!

Darkness Is A Harsh Term, Don't You Think.

Via -Weheartit & Fashiongonerogue.

Sorry for the long string of images, but they're just a few I have collated over time, and I haven't really had any chance to snap away myself. I rather like these too.
As predicted this week has been maad, working every night until early hours then up again the next day for college, oh the fun.

Anyhoo, not much longer, then I shall be back and full of jolly ideas, I hope. Or just asleep for the next few weeks solid; either or.
Last night was one of my good friends birthday party, which was actually really good, and a chance to see several people again, venture into town after, drink a little too much and arrive home at some early hour, only to be woken by my alarm again to go to work. But it's actually been a good day. Town was quiet, so I drank far too much black coffee, as we had no milk and got some much needed magazine reading in. Quite nice.

I'm counting down until freedom now, just exam week; but for now and this moment, I shall continue to crazily sing along to The Vaccines a little loud and make a wire structure for my next piece.
I may post some photos of work sometime soon, if anyone's interested, although someone had mentioned it before too.

Also I have an interview tomorrow, wish me luck.

Mustard-Marigold + Berry.

-Jacket-Thrifted/Muvvers, Jumper-Thrifted, Skirt+Bag-Asos, Boots-RI, Belt/Scarf-Vintage.

Never thought I'd be one to embrace the whole 'colour-blocking' trend thing, but looking in the mirror to check my hair wasn't sticking up all over before I dashed out the door in my usual morning rush, I noticed this outfit kinda comes off this way. And, I kinda like it.
No doubt the bright colours instantly lift my moods into a much sunnier one, and matched with a plain black pleated skirt, mutes it down just enough.

Also, meet my new boots.
It is known to my friends that I somewhat  have a slight (big) shoe obsession. Imagine my glee when I landed a job in a shoe shop.
Anyway, not normally a fan of River Island, I though I'd check out the new shop in town. And then I saw these. My instant reaction was to try them, (obviously), and when they fit perfectly, I knew I had to have them. Granted it took a wee while to save up and justify enough to my bank balance; but it is well worth it.

Anyhoo, apologising in advance for the next couple of weeks, I have a huge feeling/knowing they are going to be mayhem and madness, my art and textiles exam weeks are next week, the prep in the run up and my 'forever deadlines' all at the same time.
But after that I will be near enough free.
I have so many plans it's untrue.
