These images, created by artist Pakayla Biehn cropped up on the Topshop facebook page a few weeks ago.
I love the style, the dreamy, whimsical feel to these pieces, making them unique to anything else. The romantic edge adds to the appeal, along with the "intricate detailing and dream-like double exposure."
And, the interesting, amazing fact - they are actually paintings, not photography.
"There's something wistful about their composition; something fleeting that makes you want to capture them in your mind's eye. There seems to be a half remembered story behind each one."
Definitely an artist I would love to investigate further, truly amazing, with an unusual, dreamy edge.
